KeptMyDeposit (the "Site") is operated by Steven C. Fraser, P.A., a Florida law firm ("we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and your choices. When you use the free case check or contact us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, the answers you select about your rental and security deposit, your preferred language, and, if applicable, your move-out date. You are not required to use the case check, and you choose what to submit.
2. Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and operation. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and any cookies are limited to those needed for the Site to function.
3. How we use your information
- To evaluate your potential security-deposit matter and respond to you;
- To contact you about your inquiry by email, phone, or text if you provide a number;

- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our practice (for example, our database host, our email provider, and our website host), and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or with your consent.
5. Cookies
KeptMyDeposit does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Any cookies are limited to those needed for the Site to function.
6. Data retention
We keep information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide any services you engage us for, and meet our legal and professional obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
