Terms of Use
Effective date: June 13, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of KeptMyDeposit (the "Site"), operated by Steven C. Fraser, P.A., a Florida law firm. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. No legal advice; no attorney-client relationship
The Site, including the free case check, provides general information only and is not legal advice. Using the Site, completing the case check, or contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when you and the firm sign a written engagement agreement. Do not send confidential or time-sensitive information through the Site expecting it to be protected before an engagement exists.
2. Attorney advertising
This is attorney advertising. Steven C. Fraser is licensed in Florida (Florida Bar No. 625825) and the firm practices Florida law. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome; every matter depends on its own facts.
3. The case check
The case check is a preliminary, automated self-assessment based on the answers you provide and general principles of Florida Statutes Section 83.49. It is not a legal opinion, does not guarantee any result, and may not reflect all facts or recent changes in the law. Only a licensed attorney reviewing your specific documents can assess your matter.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Site lawfully. You may not misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to submit false information or another person's information without authorization.
5. Intellectual property
The Site's content, design, and code are owned by Steven C. Fraser, P.A. or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish the Site or its content without written permission.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or use third-party services (for example, a scheduling or document-upload tool). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
7. No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steven C. Fraser, P.A. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
